​​​The Legal Assistance program is a partnership between the Area Agencies on Aging and Legal Aid of Nebraska. The goal is to help older Nebraskans keep their independence and support their well-being. It's also important to protect the rights of older adults.

Blue Rivers Area Agency on Aging works in conjunction with Legal Aid of Nebraska to provide FREE legal assistance to seniors age 60 and over through the Elder AccessLine.

Phone calls to the Elder AccessLine are answered by an experienced attorney or paralegal who will ask you questions about your situation.
